I think with the education system not taking spelling as seriously as it used to and with the use of Spell Check, we are just not noticing anymore or taking the time to look it over carefully. My system uses two e-mail folders ONLY. A major part of my processing speed is in keyboard shortcuts in my e-mail program. You should look into keyboard shortcuts too. For each step of my process, I have a keyboard shortcut such as CTRL-1, CTRL-2 , CTRL-3, etc. For work, I use Outlook. Conclusion.

I personally use a Franklin Covey planner because I love the look of the pages, but many other companies make planner pages with the same set-up.  Thinking Through A Pen As a writer, I enjoy being able to open up my planner to jot things down. It works well when it is a co-worker who sits closest to you, but depending on how your office is set up that might not be possible. She had to set up an away voicemail message and fortunately had kept a script of what her away message usually said, She worked for a doctor so it was important that the proper referral numbers were given.
