The other workaround is to create the calendar in SharePoint first (assuming your company is using SharePoint), and then moving the appointment to Outlook. For me, that combination involves Outlook, customized Circa pages based on the PlannerPad format/GTD approach and my wiki platform ( iPEP ) knowledge base. I highly recommend Microsoft Outlook 2007, a powerful productivity tool that houses your email (it combines all of your email accounts in one place), calendar, task lists and contacts list. Outlook also has an address book (Contacts) and many other wonderful features for busy professionals.

Any thoughts on integrating with Outlook?    ICal is great for Apple users and there are quite a few on Google, but the numbers are still staggering for the Microsoft Outlook user base.    (OK and yes, this is a biased question because I use Outlook!). Integrating with Outlook is not on our near-term roadmap, as much of our user base is not on Outlook.but it is a request that comes up from time to time.
