IAAP EFAM: OfficeArrow.com Rocks!

Office Dynamics

I still have more to share on my IAAP Educational Forum & Annual Meeting or EFAM experience with you, so be sure to stop back tomorrow for more! I had such a great time being a part of the OfficeArrow.com exhibit. Over the past year, I have gotten to know Stuart Wingate (Senior Director of Marketing & Content) and Chrissy Scivicque (Senior Content Manager) very well as I have been a featured administrative subject matter expert on their site.

IAAP EFAM: Familiar Faces

Office Dynamics

More to come on my exciting time at IAAP EFAM - stay tuned! It's funny how many great assistants I have met over the past 19 years in training and development. It was a great pleasure for me at yesterday's event to see many faces from my past and even from my own community. We caught up with each other, laughed, took pictures, and just had a good time. I have been so fortunate to meet and work with great admins like Terri, Connie, Ruth B, Dawn, and Cindy just to name a few.

I was lucky enough to participate in our IAAP AZ-NV-NM Division Annual Meeting in Tucson over the weekend and I must tell you that the quality of administrative professionals there blew me away. I was at the super market this Sunday and I passed by this box of cereal and thought to myself – “Man, if there was only a way that by simply eating a bowl of those daily made you a star life - it would be so great!” It’s not that way though, is it?
