These are endless, since many people have usernames and passwords for so many different sites, it really is impossible to keep track of all of this information. Fill long registration and checkout forms with one click. Defeat Keyloggers by not using the keyboard to type passwords. Then you have the dreaded website passwords.

Is it for your information or something to put in your tasks to do later? Put it in a folder for your boss’s signature in completed form, i.e. envelope clipped to letter and attachments. If I send someone an e-mail asking for something, I drag and drop the the e-mail into my Tasks and set a reminder for when I want to follow up.

Maybe it’s a form of burnout? When we write in almost a free form and just let it flow, I find that some of our best work is produced. I maximize those as much as I can, and when they strike, I get myself to a keyboard. I think it’s a good idea to step away from the keyboard and take a break.
