The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. I recently sent an admin assistant friend a card to acknowledge all the hard work she does every day and included a gift of brownies. I finally had a chance to sit down and read your book over the holiday.

One thing I have found that goes a long way are personal handwritten thank you notes and Starbucks gift cards. I completely forgot to book his room - I know, total F-up. It took her a few weeks, but she worked her magic and got him booked! I sent her a personal note and a gift card to say thank you. Oh definitely.
