I would like to get better assignments, promoted, or get a raise before a few more years go by. It’s such a shame that there aren’t more managers who are good mentors that help each individual grow and learn more in their roles. HR will usually call 2-3 people for a quick phone chat. I hope I can be of some help to you.

Do you have something equivalent to personal service level stats or email employees or live chat since it’s kind of a different way to track it than phones? Chat is more like the phone. Now it’s easier with the phones because the phones that are on the hardware have specific statuses that you utilize to do all of the measurements.

Constantly you should be having interactions and it should just be a never–ending process of learning and growing and getting better and building relationships and having interactions, and that’s the type of environment we want to promote. They’re still mentors. So they have manageable team sizes.
