A major part of my processing speed is in keyboard shortcuts in my e-mail program. You should look into keyboard shortcuts too. For each step of my process, I have a keyboard shortcut such as CTRL-1, CTRL-2 , CTRL-3, etc. Consider looking at quick text snippets and email templates to speed things up. Conclusion.
