I passed the HR interview and I am waiting for the answer from the CEO interview. I had 2 initial interviews or tests before I came down to meeting the CEO. Be willing to learn a lot, wear a lot of hats, not complain, and follow their lead. Be a student and view them as your mentors/teachers.

I also haven’t been growing or learning anything new since Day 1 because my boss won’t give me projects. It’s such a shame that there aren’t more managers who are good mentors that help each individual grow and learn more in their roles. HR will usually call 2-3 people for a quick phone chat.
