  I found that mixing up a drink was much faster and I could drink it on the go if I needed to.    Try going up and down your stairs one extra time every morning.    It is really easy to get caught up on Facebook or Twitter all day and say that you were "networking."

I personally use a Franklin Covey planner because I love the look of the pages, but many other companies make planner pages with the same set-up.  Thinking Through A Pen As a writer, I enjoy being able to open up my planner to jot things down.
