Our organization uses Google Apps for our e-mail, calendar and cloud solution. By using labels in combination with filters, I am able to automatically sort and label (file) most of my e-mail before it arrives in my in-box. I'll read and delete and save those of interest in a file. Act on the e-mail. so then do it.

Once a date is finalized I put it in my bosss calendar and confirm the meeting with the other participants. Much easier than searching in Outlook and less stressful. When a meeting is finalized, I put the scheduling sheet in a completed file. I dont want to miss a step so always go through the checklist on the travel sheet.

Keep up to date on their calendar and look ahead to see what is coming up and what your boss might need to prepare for that. Keep an organized filing system and file list.

Tech glitches happen all the time and 2 people controlling one person's calendar is not the easiest thing. You answer the phone, book travel, offer beverages to guests, book meetings, prepare the conference room, order food, etc. Filing Set up a great filing system now. Once you created the model, XCode will generate the implementation files for your objects. Say you have an object called Task in Core Data, Xcode will take care of the implementation files, so all you have to do in code is to write something like: task.dueDate to get the due date property of a task. Hey, I know singletons! Big trouble.
