It's a great way to save files and photos on the "cloud." Look Ahead I have found that in order to save time, the last thing I do at night is to "look ahead" By look ahead, I mean that I check my calendar and tickler file for what I have scheduled tomorrow.

Our organization uses Google Apps for our e-mail, calendar and cloud solution. By using labels in combination with filters, I am able to automatically sort and label (file) most of my e-mail before it arrives in my in-box. I'll read and delete and save those of interest in a file. Act on the e-mail. so then do it.

I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files. Utilize your calendar to schedule tasks. Sit down at your calendar and block out the time for your tasks.

Once you created the model, XCode will generate the implementation files for your objects. Say you have an object called Task in Core Data, Xcode will take care of the implementation files, so all you have to do in code is to write something like: task.dueDate to get the due date property of a task. Hey, I know singletons! Big trouble.
