I am the PA to Luxury Publishing Director in the magazine world of ELLE, ELLE Deco and Harpers Bazaar & Town and Country! I check all emails and the diary for the day, I live in Northampton so I have a 45 minute train commute into London which gives me plenty of time! I have breakfast on route and yes I am one of those women that applies make up on the train! Budget time in magazines is extensive and stressful so my job is to keep everything running smoothly.

I always say that it is extremely important for assistants to attend training courses throughout the year. All of this means that we must, must, must attend training courses. The magazine is published bi-monthly and is full of interesting articles and statistics for assistants. The magazine also contains practical advice and reviews.
