Our organization uses Google Apps for our e-mail, calendar and cloud solution. Unlike traditional e-mail, Google Apps utilizes labels instead of a folder system for e-mail sorting and storage. For example, I have all of my ezine and newsletter subscriptions go into a folder by that name. Lovin' Those Labels!

However I have found the best way to check your traffic is by using the excellent free Google Analytics service which will tell you everything you could ever imagine about who is visiting your site including what pages they looking at, where they came from (Referrals and geography) and what browsers they are using. google docs.

Turn off the phone while working and don’t answer every call. Keep a steady schedule so that friends and families can learn which days you work, and when.
