CEOs are turning to hybrid working to bring down costs amidst the recession as new office footfall data reveals that footfall in suburban and commuter down offices is booming. Three quarters (74 percent) expect growth in 2024, although two thirds (65 percent) are planning to cautiously cut costs to help deliver it.
