Even though they can seem like small things, at the beginning you are trying to do your best to impress and can feel a bit helpless when the phone rings and you realize you don't know how to answer it.

Having VAs I can simply fax order forms to. I like having a long battery life and having the full functionality of the Windows Platform on my phone. I have Dropbox on my phone as well so I can easily send documents to my consultants while on the road. I used to carry 12 paperbacks on ever trip. Another life saver?

Once I feel I've captured every idea on a note, I find a stretch of wall and stick each idea up. Use the notebook for everything you want to keep track of: to do lists, grocery lists, client meetings, phone calls, dreams and goals. "Heads Up. I write down one task or to-do on a Post-It, and put it up on a wall.
