The service areas would take note of times they would be needed and could then report back to their team members so everyone would be aware and be prepared. The team leaders from the service areas and the Office Manager would report to the team new office procedures or software that was upcoming that we needed to know about.

You can easily track personal and business finances, quickly see the profit/loss of the business, create invoices, review financial reports, import data AND easily transfer information to Turbo Tax (another program I'd recommend!) It allows us to easily email branded invoices to our clients, which they can then pay by mail or online.

You can then print a summary report to Excel of all of your hours for any time period, for any task, or for any client. Having all your communication with your clients be in one place, so there is never a question of when or if an e-mail was sent. All communication history is saved. Fax Blasts I remember someone from my IAAP Chapter asked me to fax the notice of our Chapter dinner to a list of about 60 companies to promote it. I dont know about you, but when I get these "flyer" type faxes, they go immediately in the recycle bin.

  You still get notified, but it is in your email rather than in physical form. We get the email notifications and save them to a file on our computer (we do not print them).  5 -- Eliminate Paper Piles by Not Printing Your Email I have to admit, this one is tough for me.  A different take on the to-do list.

I got a tracking number from the TNT lady, called the police, reported the incident and got a crime number, they are making enquiries – how sad is that? Do they have an office in the UK?

Tame Your Email 1. Turn off email alerts when emails arrive in your inbox. If you know that you will never answer an email, delete it right away. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files. Examples: If you have a full email box, then schedule an hour each morning to tackle it.
