Being able to remove contexts and ship projects in progress off to somewhere (or someone) else isn’t just liberating today – it frees you up to be liberated going forward.

I’m on a bunch of lists I never signed up for. I’ve happily signed up for all kinds of email lists. I get lots of coupons in the mail for companies I frequent, because I signed up to receive those coupons. It’s way easier to just buy a list or automatically sign people up without their express opt-in.

Sometimes we’d forget to ask a question and have to send a new email to confirm a detail – that wastes time. We added new questions that had been cropping up more often and we took out questions that weren’t really necessary. So ‘fess up. It ends up being a 2 or 3 step questionnaire. Except the times when we didn’t.
