However, I can’t imagine any discipline where one would be expected to ignored the foundation that has been laid by others as part of their own learning. I learned from my mother. The closest she ever came to digital organization was an electronic address book she used until it became too difficult to read the screen. In fact, visiting with mom forces me to be more organized, because she needs to be organized. Thanks for visiting!

I watch everything they do, listen to what they say, learn their processes, absorb their environment and dynamics and, basically, get inside their heads. The program consists of 12 full day workshops with 3 levels of learning. Repeatedly organizations and participants tell me this program truly changes lives. And guess what?

I learned this from Guy Kawasaki and if you ever hear any of his speeches you’ll understand why. In essence, it keeps the audience alert and they’ll learn more from you than someone who just educates. Learn to tell stories. Make them laugh – Although you want to educate your audience, you need to make them laugh as well.
