A major part of my processing speed is in keyboard shortcuts in my e-mail program. You should look into keyboard shortcuts too. Don’t become disparaged if you find it hard to remember or use them – remember, habits take 21 days to form, keep going! For work, I use Outlook. I review email twice a day now.

A few weeks ago I ordered my new MacBook Pro and I wanted a German keyboard, of cause I could not order a German keyboard, you can order a French keyboard? This time a friendly guy in my Apple Store told me I could pay $200/£100 extra and they would change the keyboard in store for me. You want a little more.

I enjoyed having a full QWERTY keyboard without all of the keys, in such compact form factor. I wasn’t as concerned about whether the device worked without issues. Given that I didn’t want to incur the expense of switching providers, I decided to stay with T-Mobile. These were all multi-touch devices.
