The amount of skill, pressure, stress, and problem solving differs at each of those levels. Branding yourself well and maintaining your presence is the key.

Or, you can ask a professional organization about helping you find a mentor who can help guide you through some career issues. They may feel they have even less time for a personal life, which compounds the stress.

Any recruiter who sees your resume will silently wonder the following questions. Whether based on your cover letter or resume, recruiters only take 6 seconds to see if you are match. If the fit isn’t close enough, they toss or file your resume. Just being in their presence means being informally mentored by osmosis.

And I had to debate with myself if it was worth staying in a job that was pretty great, but not amazing. I’m not sure how your job hunting experience was.
