You can add audio, convert PowerPoint slides to video (including exact slide timing, animations, sound effects, narration, webcam video, and any web pages or applications displayed onscreen during the presentation), and you can record podcasts. Naturally, you may just want to utilize a regular old video/audio camera.

You might find a PDA a tad too 'stale' in the way information is presented.   Sharing Your Plan with Your Partner Real Time I travel often but still need to actively share my plan and schedule with my partner. Are you methodical and a logical thinker? If so, you might find a PDA suits your needs.

You can offer some assets in exchange to some loyalty: the classical free ebook in exchange of a newsletter subscription. This would give me more flexibility in what I say and how I present the information. As such, they’re much more available and ready to be clicked than the about page. Usually, sidebars are very good for incentives.

Sleep Patterns And Travel 20 years later, I started to travel a lot. I subscribe to a newsletter called Early to Rise, but I’ve noticed that I’ve been staying up later and getting up later. Didn’t feel any fatigue whatsoever, the only downside of those episodes being that my body started to heat more than usual.

I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. As you bring yourself back to the present moment, revisit your schedule / To Do List and see what can be cancelled or delegated.
