I keep mine in an encrypted Word file on my computer. I also have an encrypted file with various other important numbers like my and my husbands social security numbers and the like. Servers are usually backed up daily, so your file will likely be restored. However, you probably want to password protect file.

Due to different time zones the actual teleclass time may be the middle of the night for some participants and, unless they’re really dedicated, they’re not going to want to get up in the middle of the night to listen to a teleclass! At one office I worked in we had a mail cart with slots for everyones mail, but it was filed First name, Last name. Each time I went to get my mail I would find my mail in the other Patricias slot or vice versa. the phone book, standard filing practices etc.) Im sure you know what Im talking about. The system I use is quite simple and has been around for a long time. Tried and True Method: I set up 12 hanging file folders labelled January through to December. I then put the items in a two-fold file folder with his calendar printed out on the one side and the items he will need for the day on the other side. Thats great!

It is actually the same bring-forward system that I learned in high school, back in the 1970s, but in all my career had never needed to use until now. I use hanging file folders labelled from January through to December. I do use Outlook tasks, and one of my recurring tasks is to check the bring forward file for the next day *laughs*.
