And then your only task will be to keep it that way, so that you never have to go through that crazy process of starting from scratch again. It would be much easier to keyboard it but I know it wouldn’t have the same effect as writing it by hand. I do feel much more comfortable with a keyboard than hand though.

I date them in the upper left grey box, write things down in the white space, and then use the lower grey box to mark the “Processed into task manager” date. It syncs via Bluetooth and with my tiny fingers the keyboard actually works rather well (again, I’m using one of the original designs ). I’ve written at length about this app.

Although it’s been more than 7 months since I’ve published it, I still get a few re-tweets per week and a decent number of monthly thank you emails. After I finish, I send the generated mind map as an email attachment. For that, I’m using Quicksilver, the MacJournal shortcut and self-addressed emails. That’s all.
