Yes, you have to manage your time and you can’t email all day, but don’t get so efficient that you become unreachable and aloof.

Sometimes we’d forget to ask a question and have to send a new email to confirm a detail – that wastes time. Do you simply direct them to the link on your site or do you email the questionnaire to them? We had a pretty good idea of what we needed to know in order to do our job well.
