A little trick I learned is to always read my boss’ sent items not just their inbox. That way I know if I need to rush to get out of the house or not.

I have gotten in the habit of doing this frequently during the day and hardly even think about it until the system shuts down for some reason and then I breathe a sigh of relief when I open the document (by pressing Ctrl + o by the way) and find that I have not lost any of my work. Ctrl + a - Selects the whole document.

The trick for any of them is to learn to use MULTIPLE TAGS so that you can find them, otherwise – for example, your searches will pull up a thousand documents with the word ‘HTML’ in them. and use a free program like Coperinic, Google Desktop to find them quickly.
