Supervisor recommendations carry a lot of weight when it comes to decisions about raises, promotions, training resources and even job references. Surveys indicate, more than 50 per cent of employees list relationships with immediate supervisors as the worst aspect of their job. Ask your supervisor for feedback and act on the feedback.

I also had Caroline Renouf join me in setting the network up and she is still on the Committee and very much part of Guernsey PA Connect.
