Fax Blasts I remember someone from my IAAP Chapter asked me to fax the notice of our Chapter dinner to a list of about 60 companies to promote it. Schedule = Success My favorite is: There is no tool more useful to me than an electronic calendar (Outlook, ACT, Thunderbird, Google, it doesn't matter what brand.) when I conduct research, or just come across something I want to reference at a later date. I set up recurring appointments for things like bookkeeping or marketing.

Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper.

Our organization uses Google Apps for our e-mail, calendar and cloud solution. I create folders for @action, @waiting for, and then reference folders by subject.
