The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. I recently sent an admin assistant friend a card to acknowledge all the hard work she does every day and included a gift of brownies. I finally had a chance to sit down and read your book over the holiday.

Tech glitches happen all the time and 2 people controlling one person's calendar is not the easiest thing. While many things are confidential, what you want to avoid is your boss double booking mtgs or not taking into consideration other executives coming to you so you can ask your boss on x, y, z.

Utilize your calendar to schedule tasks. Sit down at your calendar and block out the time for your tasks. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in. In the calendar. Schedule those activities on your calendar. Don't fill your calendar to the max.
