Emails have backed up or even if you were checking email, you still go back through to make sure you didn’t miss anything or you now have to take action on your emails. Who doesn’t love routine. External meetings should be blocked together (one morning per week perhaps) with time added for travelling. I don’t know about you, but when I phone up to get a Doctor’s appointment, I am given a time slot and that is that. Create a routine for your Executive.

So, I usually take with me my identity card (in Europe I can travel only with that, I don’t need a passport), my driver license and my passport. Never used traveler checks so far. Global Travel Is Easy When You Have a Plan. If Global No Mobile - Do NOT use your mobile phone overseas if you can avoid it.you will pay through the nose!! If you will be there a while, or visit a country often, get a cheap local mobile phone and number for when you are there. It actually works better than on my laptop.

When I travel, I take my laptop and Kindle Fire. I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet. I have a data package on my phone and tablet so I can work from anywhere regardless of Wifi.
