Try different keyboards and mice – there are many designs on the market. One person can be great at software programs and know all sorts of tricks to get things done quickly and another might be excellent at organizing and managing their email account. What I learned very quickly was that I had to finish one room at a time. Being on the phone was a very important part of my day and it was still going to take a big part of my time, but I could better manage it by scheduling a time to make my phone calls.
