A few of the stupid things I tried to manage the e-mail: * Folders. My system uses two e-mail folders ONLY. A major part of my processing speed is in keyboard shortcuts in my e-mail program. You should look into keyboard shortcuts too. A few weeks into the job, I found myself with nearly 1,000 e-mails in my inbox.

Get creative and arrange your office in a way that allows easy access to all your filing systems. Make sure that you’re comfortable in your chair. Put it Away and Out of Sight.

I have a similar system with my boss. I put travel in red and action reminders in yellow, but that is our own system and it works for us. but I don't use that system or know what the colours mean. Thank goodness I get three tries to pick the right one before the system locks me out. On some sites there is an option to "Remember my password," which is helpful until your system crashes and you lose everything and then how are you ever going to remember what the password was in the first place since you havent had to enter it in a year?

I think it’s good to change, to reconnect and adapt to whatever environment you fall into. Just look at our environment: nighttime, no sun, the moon. I find that even in a living environment, it’s also good and healthy to both stabilize yourself and then just change. Daytime, the sun, no moon. Follows his heart!
