My system uses two e-mail folders ONLY. A major part of my processing speed is in keyboard shortcuts in my e-mail program. You should look into keyboard shortcuts too. For each step of my process, I have a keyboard shortcut such as CTRL-1, CTRL-2 , CTRL-3, etc. For work, I use Outlook.

Thank goodness I get three tries to pick the right one before the system locks me out. On some sites there is an option to "Remember my password," which is helpful until your system crashes and you lose everything and then how are you ever going to remember what the password was in the first place since you havent had to enter it in a year?

After a few frustrating episodes (in which I even tried some mild self-hypnosis in order to recall “that brilliant idea” I had this morning in the car) I gave up trying to remember those bits and pieces and set up a capturing environment. I soon realized that I need capturing devices for only two environments: mobile and computer.

I can say one thing, you sure have fire in your pen( or should I say keyboard) but I totally agree that all those years in college and unversity acquiring a B.A (I also took classes in journalism photography, linguistics and art) Am I a broadcaster? I think it’s good to change, to reconnect and adapt to whatever environment you fall into. Just look at our environment: nighttime, no sun, the moon. I find that even in a living environment, it’s also good and healthy to both stabilize yourself and then just change. Daytime, the sun, no moon.
