I would also learn earlier on how to train yourself to switch off. After her talk I knew that I had to do it for Guernsey as there weren’t any real PA training courses or anything like what we were thinking of doing. I think we can say that some PA’s get overlooked in terms of training and development. I guess it’s my iPhone.
