If they ask you if you are a team player, after you give your answer you might want to ask them what kind of a team environment their company promotes. I would not bring up salary unless you are asked, but if they ask what salary you are looking for, you might turn the question around and ask them what they are offering.

My boss left for another opportunity and couldn't take me with him because it was a very French environment and I unfortunately only speak English. What I would recommend to anyone else who finds themselves in a work-crazy environment is not to wait too long to leave. BTW, I am speaking at a conference in June in Florida.

As wonderful as online learning can be, going to a live conference or seminar with other assistants is something that you should try to do a few times a year. I have asked for a raise however, but it was after I considered a move somewhere else and wasnt sure I wanted to go, so gave my employer a chance to match the new salary and they did.
