Once I feel I've captured every idea on a note, I find a stretch of wall and stick each idea up. "Heads Up. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files. I write down one task or to-do on a Post-It, and put it up on a wall. It is so easy to get caught up in the spin of the world.
