However, even after taking many classes on the various programs I still haven’t gotten any new tasks. I would like to get better assignments, promoted, or get a raise before a few more years go by. It’s such a shame that there aren’t more managers who are good mentors that help each individual grow and learn more in their roles.

So that’s probably how I got into top 10% of my class, but so then I was planning to go to college. While supporting J., It surprised me.

It says a lot when your boss wants to grow you within the company and promote you. I mentored other younger assistants. Outside of work, I started to take classes at night (and even on the weekends). On Monday nights I went to hula class. So, many kudos to you for getting to where you are now!

Or they will say they want people to be in the training program or how previous assistants have gotten promoted after a couple of years if they were the right fit. There are those bosses that will promote you and help you out as much as possible. There are others who mean well, but never have enough time to mentor you.

And so for the call center, we have our team leads and we try to keep our teams very small so our goal is to have their team sizes be roughly about 12 people. And it ebbs and flows in the call centers so it’s up and down a little bit from that but that’s our goal. They’re still mentors. So they have manageable team sizes.

I would rather go to a pilates studio that has classes late at night that fits my work hours vs going to a gym that only costs $30 a month. I can only assume you get one, and there is a section about goals, improvements, things you want to learn/change, or some sort of feedback about maybe even getting promoted out.
