I am currently in the process of doing this for one of my managers. Since Outlook only allows for one time zone to be added to the persons calendar , this makes it a little difficult. Do you have trouble trying to figure out the time zone for each meeting in Microsoft Outlook ?

Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper.

Our organization uses Google Apps for our e-mail, calendar and cloud solution. Set 3 times a day to process what is in your in-box, moving processed email into a separate sub-folder. Process, Don't "Check" Commit to processing, not just "checking" your email several times a day.
