In the medical world, triage is used when there are many patients and limited resources. Your to-do list can be in a notebook, on a pad of paper, in your PDA, a whiteboard, on your phone; wherever you will be most likely to look at it. I’m going to suggest one of many possible approaches to structure your half hour, and that’s triage.
