Here are some reasons I think managers can get possessive: Im not sure I can trust you. A manager has to have confidence that you know how to do your job. I never wanted to be a manager.

Ive been working as an assistant for quite a number of years, but theres always something new to learn. I found that my job transformed into a sudo management position with a great amount of responsibility.
