You can get the designations that Brenda mentioned from IAAP which are the CAP and OM. Baby boomers are admired for their business savvy, etiquette and professionalism and companies want that to flow over to the Gen Y’s and millenniums. My CAP-OM (through IAAP) has really helped me in my career and in my personal growth.
