The keyboard should usually be at a low height, near the height of your elbows and the mouse should be right next to the keyboard. Try different keyboards and mice – there are many designs on the market. Position the monitor so the top is about at the level of your eyes and it is straight in front of you.

Understanding Memory Before learning any memory improvement technique, it’s useful to first understand the three stages of memory: encoding, storage and retrieval. Put pen to paper (or finger tips to keyboard) and record important dates in a calendar, notebook or on your mobile device. Get hooked on mnemonics.

However, when I went to finish what I was doing, I realized that only part of my keyboard was working. I give the guy my information only to learn that my special Black Tie protection had expired 2 months earlier! I used my iPhone to access email and my family laptop to do some things on-line.
