My company started incorporating AI within our application and other forms, using AI customer service tools like DigitalGenius. We used Chatbase to create custom AI chatbots for customer service. We feed the AI tool data, and it manages customer service tasks.

Then you finally do reach a live person and you are so fed up with all of the time wasted, that you start fuming towards the person on the other end of the phone. Imagine how much more receptive the customer service representative would be if you tried to deal with your issue in a more positive manner. How would you feel?

Providing excellent customer service is crucial. Passing the buck to another co-worker or department can result in customer frustration and might end in a spin off of negative results. They most likely will stop using your product/service, but also, they would end up telling their friends.

It should be easy for someone else to pick up, follow, and achieve the same results, even if they’ve never touched the project before. Customer service. Procedures for setting up the conference room for the meeting – setting up audio-visual equipment, etc. PowerPoint template for presenting meeting materials ?

Yes, NVQ’s in Customer Services and Business Administration. Yes, interpersonal comms, IT related courses to keep up with the changes from when I started 30 years ago on an manual typewriter! I did an NVQ to level 3 and have attended several PA courses to keep my skills up to date. NVQ in Business Administration.
