What are the key projects to be completed this year?   In the picture above you see a standard file cabinet on the left and one that is open and on wheels on the right.    Both are containers for holding files, but one would work better for an "innie" and the other would work better for an "outtie."

  Do you find yourself jumping from one project to another?    One day it is one project and then the next day a different “ bright shiny object ” comes into view and we switch off to that.    We are so busy jumping from project to project that we never really complete any of them. .

Those who lose track of time might want a system with a programmable alarm, left-brain types generally need lots of space for lists, while creative folks might prefer a less linear "mind-map" way of organizing projects and to-do's.   Fun Meets Function! I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files. These ways usually involve breaking projects into more tractable jobs and making big, visible to-do lists of the those jobs.
