It is only through practice can you effectively present your speech. Master the flow of your presentation by repeatedly rehearsing it. Make sure the language you are using is one that your audience is comfortable with. Consider the occasion in delivering your speech. Gain self-confidence through practice.

Six points for merchants : Make protection of personal information a company priority; designate someone in your business to coordinate privacy policies and practices. Make your staff aware of privacy and security obligations; all employees must follow good practices in their everyday transactions with customers.

Stick to your plan – the following three points will always form a logical presentation: This is where I was, This is where I am now, This is how I got from there to here. Use good English – You don’t have to be a grammar expert, but the more your presentation conforms to good language usage, the easier it will be to understand.
