The problem is it is now filed in the back burner of my mind. I put items in my calendar as a reminder, but the problem with calendar reminders is unless you know which day you put it on or what you named it, you can't easily find it. If I put a reminder in the calendar, I note the date on the meeting sheet.

You can upload an excel file with your guests names and check them in via your phone or iPad. Although I think this is mainly used for events I also think it works well for Committee meetings. The current calendar app on the iPhone and iPad doesn’t allow for a week-to-view setting. Zwoor Event HD: Free. WeekCalendar: £1.49.

I was in back-to-back Committee meetings and I decided to use two different colours of folders, a blue one for the Committee members, with an attendance sheet stapled to the inside cover for my purposes, along with their meeting packages, and a red one for the Chair with everything the Chair was going to need. Try it, you may like it.
