Users download a QR reader to their smart phone and use that application to scan or "read" these QR codes on business cards, printed materials, and a variety of other formats. Make sure to download yours if you don't currently have an app for that on your preferred device. Here is what I learned.

Both times I’ve replaced my phone as quickly as is humanly possible because I am just lost without it (sometimes I am literally lost without it thanks to my dependence on Google maps to get me about London!). Although I still do print everything off this is a great app to have on your phone so you can check your details on the go.

The Dymo business card scanner app for the iPhone is such a product. You download the app to your iPhone (they also support other smartphones) and when you take a picture of a business card it automatically adds the appropriate information to your contact list. And it is only $10.00.

Although I still do print everything off this is a great app to have on your phone so you can check details on the go. I use the website all the time, not just for planning travel but also for expenses, so it is helpful having the app on my phone. If your manager travels on one airline frequently it is worth downloading their app.
