During the course of the events you would not believe (or maybe you would!) A handful of assistants still had to manage paper diaries, print off and file emails along with every other bit of paper that passed by their Exec’s desk, type up hand written notes and take dictation. Old school stuff! I must admit I was a bit shocked.

The Dymo business card scanner app for the iPhone  is such a product.    You download the app to your iPhone (they also support other smartphones) and when you take a picture of a business card it automatically adds the appropriate information to your contact list.   It's also kinda fun to use.

After the receipt image is processed, you get a chance to generate a report from within the same iPhone app and send that report to you (or to someone else) by email.
