Don’t EVER send sensitive financial data via email – even if it is split across two emails. Sending info via email is like sending a postcard via mail. Put your CC info in a Word document, and send to her via a secure file transfer service like Send This File or Dropbox. But first, a word of caution ….

And I will get an email stating that my receipt was received and that it will be soon processed. After the receipt image is processed, you get a chance to generate a report from within the same iPhone app and send that report to you (or to someone else) by email. I got a confirmation email for this piece of paper too.

Now, the app is in the AppStore for more than 2 months, the latest version syncs your data with Dropbox, there is also an iPad version and so on. I clearly remember the colors, the smells, the images and the overall excitement mixed with curiosity. I had an incredible time during that trip. And then tried to apply it in my personal life.

You don’t really have an Inbox zero in ADD, unless you don’t come up with anything more to Assess, which is highly unlikely, at least as long you’re still alive. For example, you may want to make more space for each realm, or upgrade to different storage systems for each of the systems. Hang the board up and put the magnets on it.

It implements every single concept of this framework, bringing to life a completely new approach towards productivity. One thing that you may not know, though, is that 2 months ago I had no idea about how to write an iPhone app. I didn’t know Objective C at all, although I do know a few other programming languages, like PHP, Java or JavaScript.
