After more than 2,500 workers moved to a 35- or 36-hour workweek and declared themselves happier, healthier and less stressed, the country is now moving to make this an option for the majority of its workforce. In the US, I am currently working on a campaign to encourage companies to adopt a four-day week; it launched in late June 2021.

In 2021, I experimented with copywriting tools like Jasper and Copy.ai. My company started incorporating AI within our application and other forms, using AI customer service tools like DigitalGenius. We used Chatbase to create custom AI chatbots for customer service.
