So identifying a person’s style preferences before you help them get organized is key.

A person’s personality type and strengths have a big effect on the way he or she manages time, and the person gets and stays organized.

They are sensitive to the environment they’re in as well as their internal, emotional environment. And if you’re highly motivated and organized, find a creative endeavor you feel really passionate about.
